After October 14, 2025, Microsoft will no longer provide free software updates from Windows Update, technical assistance, or security fixes for Windows 10.

All desktops and laptops will need to be upgraded to Windows 11 before this time period in order to stay safe and secure.

A software update from cybersecurity company CrowdStrike appears to have inadvertently disrupted IT systems globally.

WASHINGTON — Many AT&T customers in the U.S. woke up Thursday to find their cell phones not working because of a nationwide service outage.

The outage cut cell service to more than 74,000 customers at its peak, according to DownDetector.

For those affected, it means no cell service, no texting and no cellular internet access.

Many who lost service reported their phones being in "SOS mode."

Please be aware that AT&T is aware of this nationwide outage and is working on it. Hopefully they have it resolved shortly!
