💡 Everyone brings something different to the table, and that’s what makes a strong team.
One thing I’ve learned over the years is that bringing value to a company looks different for everyone.
👉 Some people build the product.
👉 Some make sure the quality is right.
👉 Some manage the details behind the scenes.
👉 Some solve problems before they ever reach the customer.
In my role, a big part of the value I bring is building relationships and making connections, whether that means introducing BENCOR to someone new or staying connected with customers we’ve worked with for years.
But none of us does it alone.
Every conversation, every quote, every order, and every finished product touches multiple people on our BENCOR Team.
From Business Development to Estimating, Purchasing, Project Management, Quality, Engineering, and Production, every person brings something important to the table.
And that’s something I’m proud of.
Business development may help open the door, but it takes an entire team to give customers a reason to keep that door open.
That’s the value of a team. That’s the value behind BENCOR.
