Looking to Rent Some Land to store 3-4 Metal Storage Containers, For Personal and Business Storage. As well as to build a Custom Travel Trailer for myself and to work on a few other Smaller Projects I've got in mind! Custom Designed and Built Dog Houses, Custom Woodworking Projects, things like that. The Storage Containers would be a Minimum of 8'×20', all depending on what the Land Owner would Permit.The Property Being Rented By "Brattleboro Electronic Recycling, LLC" and "VT Nickel & Dime Shop, LLC." would be Kept Clean, Maintained and Professional Looking at all Times. The Rented Property could Be Insured under our Business Insurance Policy. Obviously, Any Utilities that we use will be Billed to and Paid for and by "Brattleboro Electronic Recycling, LLC." and "VT Nickel & Dime Shop, LLC." Such as Power, Water, Trash and Anything Else that Might Become Involved. I've Also Got High Definition Indoor/Outdoor Surveillance Systems with NightTime HD. The Surveillance Footage is Backed Up To A High Definition Digital Video Recorder, DVR, and Can also Save it to APPLE Cloud or GOOGLE Drive. I'd Be More Than Happy to Install One of those Systems Free of Charge! Not only would it Help Protect My Storage and Belongings but could also Potentially Help Protect Your Property as Well. If there is No Electricity on site, I'd Need to have Temporary Power Put In. Should Be Free Installation For 100' From Nearest Telephone Pole, but I Would Definitely Need a Power Source. So that I can Test/ Repair/Refurbish Electronics for my Businesses.
