Speed throttling is when an internet provider intentionally slows down a subscriber's internet connection. 👨‍💻
We don't do speed throttling.
At White River Connect, we believe what you pay for is what you should get; so if you pay for gig speeds, you can rely on always having gig speeds!

We’ve been seeing more cases across the industry where scammers don’t “hack” accounts so much as they impersonate them. They register look-alike domains, clone branding, and send emails that feel legitimate at a glance in order to steal information, access accounts, or trick people into sending payments. 👨‍💻

Emails from White River Connect will come from the domain ".com". Anything else should be treated as suspicious. For example, a hacker could use the domain ".com" or another combination of numbers and letters that is even less obvious.

Before clicking on any email:

-Double-check the sender address (not just the name).
-Be cautious with urgent “act now” messages.
-Never enter personal information to an email link you didn’t fully verify.

When in doubt, pause and verify through a known contact method. Attackers are counting on quick clicks, not careful checks.
