This might be one of our favorite IT Outlet stories yet. 🏁

Payton started as Tanner’s customer. But somewhere between the conversations, check-ins and doing business together, they became friends.

When Tanner asked Payton to run a marathon with him, Payton said yes — even though he had never run more than a 5K. This past weekend, they crossed the finish line of the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon together. All 26.2 miles.

We talk a lot about relationships at IT Outlet, and this is exactly why. We never want someone to feel like just another customer, PO number or sale. We want to know the people we work with, root for them and build relationships that last far beyond the transaction.

Sometimes business brings people into your life who become a whole lot more than customers.

Congrats on your first marathon, Payton. And way to go, Tanner. We say we’ll go the extra mile for our customers… but 26.2 is going to be pretty hard to beat. 🏃‍♂️👏

A great day on the course with the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce! ⛳️🇺🇸

Last week, the IT Outlet crew hit the links at Grand Falls for the Chamber Golf Tournament, celebrating America 250 along the way! We had a great time connecting with other local businesses, enjoying some friendly competition, and showing off a little red, white & blue. 🇺🇸
