We normally don't post about our clients, but today deserves special exception. A local business hired us to set up a ticketing system to manage their two events at the Willson. Online ticket sales went live today; we sold a total of 900 tickets online, and only fielded five phone calls and nine walk-ins. We had no dissatisfied customer. Nicklin Systems Corporation exceeded the client's expectations - the four board members our principal worked with were shocked at how smooth everything ran.
In addition to computer support, we offer business consulting services for any type of business. In this case, a nonprofit needed a ticketing system set up. Instead of creating a staff position that might cost the business $30,000 or more a year in overhead, we created a solution that required no staff position and minimal time involvement from the organization's board, at a fraction (1/30th!) the cost.
