We are excited to welcome Jeff Higgs to our Jereco team! As COO of Jereco Studios, Jeff leads operational strategy, organizational development, and performance across Recording, Live Events & Production, and A/V Integration—ensuring the company’s systems, people, and processes scale with its growth.
He oversees day-to-day operations, division leadership, talent development, financial performance, and long-range planning, with a focus on building scalable systems and a culture of accountability and craftsmanship.
Jeff brings over 20 years of leadership experience across federal communications, broadcast engineering, business development, and complex technical operations. His background includes roles at One Diversified and the White House Communications Agency, where he led high-visibility, zero-fail broadcast operations. He also served as Chief Recording Engineer for “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band and in the United States Marine Corps Fleet Bands.
Jeff holds an MBA in Music Business from Southern New Hampshire University and Berklee College of Music, and a BS in Music Business from Full Sail University. His honors include an EMMY Award, the Meritorious Service Medal, and multiple Navy and Marine Corps commendations.
