Why would someone pay $299 /year just to remove a virus from a computer when they can pay way less. I came up with the idea of starting my own Technical Support service. This is not a money making business. I am good at this so I am trying to provide a service for a small fee compare to
what the popular big guys are charging. I do not like to see Seniors bringing there laptops to Best Buy and they charge a harm and a leg to fix it and it take days. Paying that much for a service to me is a rip off. I guarantee you will have the best experience resolving your computer issue with me. I like to educate my users.
