WBGU TV Alumni Society The WBGU Alumni Society purpose is to reconnect BGSU/WBGU alumni to the television station, to BGSU, The major goals of the Society are:

1.

Create networking opportunities for current and former BGSU/WBGU telecommunication students.

2. Develop a forum for alumni to discuss and promote their current projects, employment opportunities and professional development events via the WBGU Alumni Society page.

3. Have an annual reunion activity which promotes the areas listed in the Mission/Vision Statement and in coordination with

the BGSU Alumni Office.

4. Establish a Student Producer Alumni Scholarship fund that will give a deserving student the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional television setting.

5. Develop and maintain a leadership board to ensure the continued and active existence and growth of the Society.
