📊 We just published our first annual State of the Cycling Club report, built from a comprehensive survey of our club organizers plus anonymized ride data from the clubs on our platform.

There's some eye-opening data in there, but the numbers were only half the job. We also asked club leaders about their biggest problems, their goals, and the best decisions they’ve made in the last 2 years.

Then we paired every common problem with tactics that are already working at other clubs. The result is The Playbook: 18 fixes, in organizers’ own words.

Check out the report, and please share it with anyone you think would find it useful. The more clubs that see it, the more useful it gets!
