We made StartupMafia's list of Young Founders to Watch in Estonia, in the same lineup as the people behind Bolt and Veriff.

It's a strange group to share a page with: ride-hailing, identity verification, and a K9 training platform built by a SAR handler who got tired of losing training data to paper logs and group chats. But the throughline holds. Every founder on that list built the thing because they lived the problem first, not because they spotted a market.

Grateful for the recognition, and for the reminder of why we started this.

Christmas Eve. A missing person call. A search that didn't end the way most do.

Jessica Doty runs Red River Canine in North Texas, training mantrailing and detection dogs while volunteering with her local fire department and working as a jail EMT. Her team wasn't the one that made the find that night, but the person was found alive. She says that's what actually matters, not who gets credit.
