Jerren's cannabis journey began in 2014 working at a Washington grow facility. He honed his skills at farms and dispensaries before becoming General Manager at Groundworks Industries in Oregon.

His favorite part? "The obvious answer is the people. The real answer is the samples. Just kidding!" A standout memory? Serving curious NBA players. ⛹️

Now in tech, Jerren finds his plant-touching experience invaluable. "Things like moving fast...have helped me become the best me." 💪

“Man, the people who’d walk in!” she recalls, having met everyone from celebrities to athletes. ⭐️⛹️

Now working in tech, Amanda realizes the essential role of POS systems in the cannabis industry. “What we’ve built and sell actually helps people,” she says.

Her advice? “Business done quickly is business done badly, so get to know the people around you.”

As the year progresses, certain Metrc states will be switching to Metrc V2. Oregon and Maryland have already made the change as of January 1. 🙌
