🔸Detect unauthorized access attempts in real time.
🔸Verify incidents instantly through integrated CCTV footage.
🔸Respond faster with automated alarms and guard notifications.
🔸Monitor and manage access points across multiple locations from one centralized platform.

From a forced door to a coordinated security response, NDIS connects the systems, information, and people needed to act.

A clearer view of access across every site. 🚪

Access Control Dashboard brings access activity, alarms and related video into one view, helping security teams monitor entry points and investigate events efficiently.

Teams can review granted and denied access attempts, active access points and peak access times at a glance. Trends reveal changes in activity over time, while a consolidated alarm view shows which events are active, acknowledged or resolved.

Access logs can be filtered by user, location or event type and exported for audit reporting. Where a camera is linked to an access point, operators can open the relevant video directly from the event.

For organizations managing multiple locations, the dashboard provides a consistent view of access activity across sites.

Security operations move fast. Your alarm dashboard should keep up.

The NDIS Alarm Dashboard brings active alarms, cameras, sensors, access control events, visitor activity, and system status into one live operational view.

Instead of moving between separate systems to understand what happened, operators can see the relevant information together, helping them assess incidents faster, identify priorities, and take action with better context.

From active alarm monitoring and incident trends to camera health and access activity, NDIS provides a centralized view of what is happening across the security environment.

Most CCTV systems are designed to capture and store footage. NDIS AI is designed to make that footage operationally useful.

By analysing live and recorded video streams from existing CCTV infrastructure, NDIS AI detects, classifies and evaluates events as they occur. Relevant activity is then converted into actionable alarms and delivered directly to the command centre with the appropriate context, priority and supporting video.

This allows security teams to move away from continuous manual monitoring and focus their attention on events that require intervention. Instead of relying on operators to identify unusual activity across large numbers of camera feeds, NDIS AI brings significant events to their attention automatically.

Our platform supports a broad range of video analytics, including intrusion and perimeter detection, line crossing, loitering, abandoned objects, crowd activity, aggressive behaviour, falls, camera tampering, person and vehicle analytics, and other operational or security-related scenarios.

Because NDIS AI works with existing camera infrastructure, organisations can introduce intelligent video analytics without replacing their current CCTV environment. Analytics can be deployed across selected cameras, locations or use cases and integrated into existing security workflows.

Detected events can also be correlated with other systems and managed through NDIS alarm workflows, allowing operators to receive the relevant camera view, alarm information and incident context within a unified environment.

The result is a more focused security operation: fewer feeds requiring constant attention, faster identification of relevant events, and clearer information available to operators when a response is required.

NDIS AI turns existing CCTV infrastructure from a passive recording environment into an active source of operational intelligence — delivering the right event, with the right context, to the right operator at the right time.

Every facility generates a significant volume of security data each day.

Video streams, access control events, alarms, sensor activity, badge transactions, and motion detections all contribute to a continuous flow of information. Yet much of this data remains isolated within individual systems, limiting its value during active security operations.

The challenge is not collecting more data. It is bringing the right information together at the right time.

This is where provides value.

NDIS brings together information from video surveillance, access control, alarm systems, sensors, and other integrated technologies within a unified operational environment. By correlating events across systems, NDIS helps operators assess incidents with greater context and respond more efficiently.

For example:

🔴 An access control event and a camera alarm at the same location can be presented as part of the same incident.
🟠 Related events from multiple systems can be brought together without requiring operators to review each platform separately.
🟡 Relevant video, access records, alarm details, and response procedures can be presented within a single workflow.

Modern security operations often have access to more information than ever before. The operational challenge is ensuring that this information can be interpreted quickly and consistently when an incident occurs.

NDIS is designed to reduce manual system switching, improve situational awareness, and provide operators with the information they need to make informed decisions in real time.

The objective is not simply to collect security data. It is to turn that data into clear, actionable operational intelligence.

If your team does any of these three things during an incident, you may have an operational blind spot.

Most security teams only discover these gaps when an incident puts their processes under pressure. By then, the consequences may already be costly.

Rather than waiting for an incident to expose the problem, look for these three warning signs:

1️⃣ An operator has to ask, “Which camera is that?”

When an alert is triggered, the relevant camera feed should be immediately available. If operators must manually identify and locate the correct camera while an incident is unfolding, valuable response time is being lost.

2️⃣ Multiple systems report the same event, but the connection is missed

An access control alarm is followed 30 seconds later by a motion event at the same door. Are they separate alerts or part of the same incident?

If the systems cannot correlate these events, operators are left to make that connection themselves under pressure and often without the full context.

3️⃣ The response depends on who is on shift

When incident outcomes vary depending on the operator involved, critical procedures are likely based on individual knowledge rather than a standardized process.

Experience will always matter, but an effective response should not depend on the right person being in the control room at the right time.

These issues are easy to overlook during routine operations. They become visible when the team is under pressure, precisely when there is little room to address them.

All three point to the same underlying issue: disconnected information and inconsistent response processes. Both can be addressed before the next incident.

If any of these situations sound familiar, it may be time to take a closer look at how incidents are detected, understood, and managed across your security operations.

“Single pane of glass” is a term used frequently in security technology, including by us.

But what should it actually mean in a security operations environment?

At its core, it should go beyond simply bringing multiple systems onto the same screen.

❌ What it doesn’t mean:

Displaying multiple camera feeds on one screen is not system unification. It is still video monitoring, even if everything is visible in one place.

✅ What it should mean:

A true single pane of glass brings information and operational control from different security subsystems such as video, access control, intrusion detection, fire, alarms, and intercoms, into one working environment.

That means the information is:

1. Unified: Systems are integrated at the operational level rather than simply displayed next to one another.

2. Correlated in real time: Related events from different systems can be connected and presented as part of the same incident rather than as isolated notifications.

3. Actionable from one interface: Operators can investigate, respond, escalate, and follow defined procedures without constantly moving between separate applications.

A useful way to evaluate this is to look at what happens during an actual incident. When multiple systems generate related events, does the platform bring that information together automatically? Can the operator understand the situation and take the necessary actions from the same environment?

That is where the value of a single pane of glass becomes clear. The benefit is not simply that systems look connected. It is that they operate as part of a coordinated security workflow.

And that is a useful standard to apply when evaluating any PSIM platform, including ours.

Most security teams don’t describe their operations as "fragmented".

Separate systems, different interfaces, and manual handoffs often become part of the normal workflow simply because that is how operations have evolved over time.

The challenge is that fragmentation can be difficult to recognize from within the operation. Its impact often appears indirectly through slower response times, duplicated work, missed information, and unnecessary complexity.

Here are 5️⃣ signs fragmentation may be affecting your security operations more than you realize.

Fragmentation doesn’t always require a complete infrastructure overhaul. Sometimes, the first step is simply connecting what’s already there. Contact our expert team to get started:
