A construction company with over 100 employees just found us on Google and booked a call.

We used AI to get there. We gave it our ideal customer profile, asked it a lot of questions about how that customer would search for a company like ours, and used the phrases it gave us to optimize our website for AI search.

I put every step into a free guide, with one path if you're not technical and one if you're a little technical.

Comment GEO and I'll send it to you.

How long do you think it takes to build an SOP your crew can talk to while they are driving?

Two owners at the US Heat Pump Summit this week. One live session, right there at the table. We had so much building it! Thank you Matt and Ethan, great meeting you!

They did not have this written down anywhere before. We built it right there. The SOP, the checklist, the handwritten visuals.

Now the guys pull the process up from the truck and ask it. It answers from their own SOPs, and it generates the checklist for the job right there.

That is hours back, and the same questions stop landing on your phone.

What is the thing that you want off your plate?

09/06/2026

Why am I always on the phone?

Because one of these is you:

→ A competitor is using AI and I am not falling behind
→ A competitor has AI cranking all day. You still build cost sheets by hand.
→ Only you know if a job is making money, and you find out at closeout.
→ Your office keys the same numbers into Sage, then BuildOps, then Excel.
→ You want to grow, and the only answer is another hire you cannot afford.
→ You have not taken a real week off in years. It falls apart without you.

Your money, your crews, and your jobs sit in systems that do not talk, so no one sees the whole picture until it is a problem.

That is why we build One Brain. It sits on top of what you run and puts AI on your data: which jobs are losing money, where cash is going, what needs action this week.

I'm your gal.

Comment BRAIN and I'll send you the four Monday questions your company should answer without calling you.

More jobs than last year. More project managers. More software than anyone can name. And the answers got harder to find, not easier.

Someone asks for the projected cost on a job. The answer is, I need to request that.

A change order goes in and nothing updates. Sub invoices went from 1 a day to 5, and nobody knows who approves them.

Your accounting, your scheduling and your payroll each hold a different piece, and one person is the only thing connecting them before every meeting. Your systems do not talk to each other.

You don't want another platform. You want one brain across all of it, giving you one answer instead of three.

If that's your company, hi, I'm Zulfiya. You just found your people.

Which answer did you stop trusting first, accounting, the project manager, or the spreadsheet?

"How do I connect Claude to Sage so I don't have to sit in Excel anymore?"

Behind that question is a person. Somebody pulls 300 plus rows out of Sage, BuildOps, ServiceTitan, whatever ERP you're on, stitches it together with VLOOKUPs, builds the pivots, and hands you a ten tab workbook. It looks clean.

So teams drop the files into Claude instead. For a one off question it might work. Ask it to build that dashboard every week and it starts drifting. Different measures. You're stuck troubleshooting and verifying numbers every single time.

What actually solves this is boring. A database that pulls from Sage, ServiceTitan, any other ERP, in real time, read only. Mapped once. Your definitions written down once.

That is four layers, and only one of them is AI.

Comment LAYERS and I'll send you the four layers, in the order they get built.

My journey right now is building in construction, and this is what a day of it looks like.

Kids up first, then drop-off, and that is the real deadline of my morning.

By mid-morning I am in a client's office, building a real-time job profitability tracker.

From there, Claude training with a local plumbing company, buying back their time by pulling the busy work out of their workflows.

Then a Trimble implementation with another client, because buying the software was never the hard part. Somebody has to own it.

All of it is the same build underneath: their systems connected into one brain they can actually read.

I finish at a construction networking event, because you cannot build for this industry from a laptop.

What does your journey look like right now?

PENDING. Written after the script is approved.

AI can draft an RFI, search a spec, research product data, explain a change order, help test a calculator and organize notes from the truck.

It should not approve a subcontractor invoice or decide whether money should move.

Those decisions need approved scope, evidence, margin rules and a named human approver.

I ranked seven pieces of construction advice from S to F.

"Ask your software vendor to build you the report" went to F. One GC got quoted eighteen hundred dollars just for the meeting to talk about it, then six months to a year before the report showed up.

The one that went to S: know what you already promised, not just what you already paid.

Which ranking would you change?
