We will share our personal journeys, travel experiences, self-discovery, and the process of achieving goals of being AAPI. Our stories of growth, challenges, resilience, and the unique paths that have led us to where we are today will surely enlighten everyone in the room that we are not alone in our journey.
Join us this month with our guest speaker , Zena Phillips, a seasoned leader and mentor with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Zena’s current role is Senior Director, Americas Sales Operations at Hilton and she has also held executive positions at the Conrad New York, Conrad Miami and the Waldorf Astoria New York. She is a Past President of the and a member of Chief, the only private membership network of women executive leaders. The NACE AAPI Caucus invites NACE members of Asian American and Pacific Islander descent and anyone who is interested in supporting the well-being, recruitment, retention, support and advancement of Asians in the hospitality industry. Come to learn, discuss, and meet like-minded members who want to share and educate everyone about Asian identities and issues. We're here to support AAPI student and professional talent and leadership so everyone is welcome to join and connect.
This is a recurring meeting on the third Thursday of the month at the same time; however, you will need to register individually for each meeting you plan to attend.
