Urgent care is changing. Retail clinics, drugstore care, and telehealth are all competing for the same walk-in patients — so the operators built for long-term growth are the ones adding new services, not just new locations.

But expanding into primary care, behavioral health, or chronic disease management brings real complexity: new billing rules, new documentation, new workflows.
