🌿 April 1st: A Different Kind of Joy

Today is known as April Fool’s Day—a day often associated with jokes and lighthearted deception. But as I reflect on this day, I am reminded of a deeper truth found in Book of Psalms 16:11:

“In Your presence there is fullness of joy.”

While the world may find temporary laughter in jokes or passing amusement—even linking this day historically to zodiac transitions—the Word of God teaches us something greater:

True joy is not found in illusion, humor, or fleeting happiness.
It is found in the presence of God.

We live in a time where many forms of happiness are artificial and short-lived. Yet the joy that comes from God is lasting, meaningful, and deeply rooted in our spirit.

Today, instead of focusing only on jokes, I invite you to do something different:

🌿 Smile at someone
🌿 Encourage someone
🌿 Reflect God’s presence in your interactions

Because joy is not just an emotion—it is a fruit of the Spirit.

Let us be carriers of that joy.

May everyone we encounter today feel not just laughter, but the true joy that comes from God’s presence.
