"Nothing is impossible." 💪

Yavor Gledachev, Software Consultant, is celebrating 5 years at Accedia, and this is what he shared about his experience:

"One thing I've learned during these five years is that nothing is impossible. If you put in the effort, stay consistent, and keep making small steps forward, you can achieve anything. It taught me to be patient, persistent, and confident in the process.

What's keeping me here is a combination of things. The interesting projects and the experience I gain through my daily work matter, but the biggest factor is the people. I know I can always reach out to a colleague when I'm struggling with something and get the support I need. Beyond the work itself, I really appreciate the positive environment and the fact that so many great people are part of Accedia.

The company gave me the knowledge, guidance, and mindset I needed to grow, and I made the most of that opportunity. Today I can confidently say I'm able to overcome challenges and keep growing.

My favorite tradition is the team-building events. Whether by the seaside or in the mountains, it's always a pleasure to spend time with colleagues outside of work.

My advice to anyone joining the team would be not to be afraid of challenges. In the beginning, things can seem difficult, complicated, and sometimes even impossible, but don't let that discourage you. There's always someone here with the experience to help you find a solution. Don't be afraid to ask questions, learn from others, and take things one step at a time."

AI vendor evaluations tend to break at the same moment, when the reference call reveals the flagship "AI project" was a proof of concept that never left the sandbox.

The criteria are usually the reason. Most evaluation frameworks test capability claims rather than delivery history, so a team that fine-tuned one model scores the same as a team maintaining several in live environments.

The distinction worth protecting is between a model that runs and a model that ran once. Ask for the deployment date, the current owner, and what happens when the model drifts.
