1️⃣ ¿A qué hora es el check‑in de hoy… y el de mañana? El turnover no es una limpieza, es una ventana. Sin la hora no sabes cuánto tiempo tienes ni cuánto cobrar.
2️⃣ ¿Quién repone y quién paga los consumibles? Papel, jabón, café, ropa de cama. Si no está por escrito, lo pagas tú.
3️⃣ ¿Qué pasa si el huésped no se fue? Late check-out, daños, cosas olvidadas. La regla se acuerda antes, no en la puerta.
