In early 2017 ModernHawk set out to develop maintenance tracking software with streamlined, accurate field maintenance and tracking as the number one objective. Originally designed for the H-60 Black Hawk as the Army liquidated aircraft we noticed a need for affordable, efficient, accurate, and field-based maintenance tracking software. Our software is unique in its ability to provide maintenance
tracking as well as aircraft data acquisition, all digitally in a field environment from any web-enabled tablet. This process provides a seamless transition from maintenance to flight operations and back again, reducing errors and increasing efficiency. We have expanded the maintenance management and tracking software from a fully functional excel prototype into a web app capable of handling any aircraft, support vehicle, or support equipment. We also created the ability to have a digital warehouse of parts, providing exceptional record keeping and easy component swaps within the system. In addition to tracking equipment we created a FAR part 135 pilot tracking system for all 135 duty log and flight time requirements.
