This year, our PTI team in Chile had the opportunity to once again partner with Fundación Abrázame Chile, returning to Hogar Pewu, one of the homes the Foundation supports, and continuing the meaningful work we began together last year.

From renovating and refreshing spaces throughout the home to creating new outdoor play areas, our volunteers came together with one goal: to help create a more welcoming and enjoyable environment for the children who call Hogar Pewu home.

More than the physical transformation, this initiative is about continuing to show up for our communities and using our time and teamwork to make a meaningful difference.

Thank you to Hogar Pewu and Fundación Abrázame Chile for welcoming us back and allowing us to once again be part of such a meaningful initiative.

This summer, interns across Phoenix Tower International had the opportunity to learn, contribute, and build meaningful connections while gaining firsthand experience within our global organization.

Across the U.S., France, and Italy, our interns brought their energy, curiosity, and fresh perspectives to teams throughout PTI, gaining valuable experience within their respective markets and areas of the business.

At PTI, our internship experiences are designed to go beyond the traditional day-to-day, providing opportunities to learn more about our business, people, and operations while building meaningful connections across the organization. Throughout the summer, interns participated in experiences such as Brown Bag Lunches with teams across PTI, a tower site visit, conversations with company leadership, and opportunities to connect with colleagues and students.

Interns also had opportunities to build relationships and give back, from celebrating National Intern Day and participating in WINGS volunteer activities in their respective regions to connecting outside the office through team outings.

At PTI, we believe real growth happens when learning, connection, and opportunity come together. We’re proud to provide opportunities for interns across our markets to gain meaningful experience, contribute to our teams, and build relationships throughout the organization.

Last week, our summer interns had the opportunity to experience PTI’s WINGS program firsthand by volunteering at Boca Helping Hands

The team supported Boca Helping Hands’ new pasta project, packaging and sorting pasta to help provide meals for families in need throughout our local community.

It was a meaningful opportunity to give back, work together, and see the impact that even a few hours of service can make. As they wrapped up their summer internship with PTI, it was the perfect way to experience one of our core values in action, giving back to the communities where we live and work.

Investing in leadership. Strengthening our team. Building what’s next.

An inspiring week in Boston for the PTI Executive Leadership Program 2026 at Harvard Business School, bringing our leadership team together to step outside the day-to-day, broaden our perspectives, challenge how we think, and focus on the opportunities ahead.

From kicking off the experience together on the water to a week of learning and collaboration, one thing became even clearer: PTI’s greatest strength is our people.

We leave with renewed energy, fresh perspectives, and even greater confidence in the team leading PTI into its next chapter.

Phoenix Tower International and our WINGS Program were honored to attend Miriam’s Kitchen’s Annual Celebration in Washington, D.C.

As a Housing level sponsor, we were proud to support an organization creating meaningful impact through its commitment to ending chronic homelessness and helping individuals rebuild with dignity, stability, and hope. The evening reinforced that this is about far more than sponsorship.
