For anyone wanting to know how to disable AI and the bloated code added to WordPress 7.0, you can do it by plugin - Turn Off AI Features*. https://wordpress.org/plugins/turn-off-ai-features/

In the support forum for that plugin there is also mention of using a define tag in the wp-config file define( 'WP_SUPPORTS_AI', false ); -- but I cannot back that up with any documentation. It seems to have been scrubbed from the documentation if it ever existed at all.🤷‍♀️
