When it comes to wedding printing… what do I actually need for my wedding?
There are SO many decisions when planning a wedding, so let’s make this one easy!
Save-the-Dates? Optional… but what are you going to do with all those gorgeous engagement photos? 😉 They’re also a great idea if you have lots of out-of-town guests.
Wedding Invitations? YES! This is the one piece that sets the tone for your special day. It’s your guests’ first glimpse of what’s to come!
Details & RSVP Cards? Maybe! Depending on your invitation design, these can be separate cards, combined, or you can send guests to your wedding website.
Ceremony Programs? Optional, but they’re a beautiful way to share your wedding party, ceremony details, special readings, or a thank-you to your guests. And fan programs for a summer wedding? Mom and the aunties will thank you! 😅
Seating Chart? YES! People want to know where you want them to sit—and it helps keep your reception flowing smoothly.
Place Cards? YES for a plated meal when guests have selected an entrée. Probably not necessary if you’re having a buffet.
Menus? Optional, but they add a beautiful finishing touch to your tables and let your guests know what deliciousness is coming!
Table Numbers? YES if you’re assigning tables. And they can be so much more fun than just numbers!
Signs? Welcome signs, bar signs, guest book signs, memorial signs, favor signs… this is where you can really personalize your day.
Thank-You Cards? YES! Because after the celebration is over, there are a whole lot of people to thank. ❤️
