Healthcare is one of the most consequential sectors where digital accessibility matters. A clear page, a readable form, an inclusive booking flow. These are the moments that decide whether someone gets care.

That's why we're proud to recognize AdventHealth as the Best of Healthcare winner in our 2026 Global Digital Accessibility Awards.

Congratulations to Kristen Shock, Sally Moncreif, Corey Thomas, and the team behind the work. As Kristen put it: "We have made accessibility a consistent, measurable part of our workflow, driving meaningful improvements for our consumers."

We're bringing together two people who've been closest to EAA enforcement from very different angles.

Guest Speaker Forrester Principal Analyst Gina Calcaterra Bhawalkar is focused on digital accessibility — she covers the regulatory picture and what the research actually shows about where organisations are landing.

Tomasz Abramowicz leads digital solutions at Shell where the accessibility programme spans 160+ websites and 57 million annual visitors across 70+ countries. He's done the work at scale.

At TACCM this week, Austin Community College put a number to something community college marketers are already feeling: 18% of prospective students have removed a college from their list based on what AI surfaced about it.

The session called this generation of community college marketers the Pivot Generation, or the ones who can shape how their institutions show up in an AI-first search world. Narrative Architect. Bridge Builder. Change Agent. Three roles already embedded in the work.

What a week at Gartner Marketing Symposium in Denver! AEO and AI search visibility drove almost every conversation at our booth, and the insight that kept coming up was one we believe deeply: accessible content and AI-ready content are built the same way. LLMs process your site the same way a screen reader does.

Loved connecting with so many marketers thinking seriously about this. Thanks to our incredible team for representing Siteimprove so well.

Our name was on the Nasdaq building in Times Square this week, and here's why: Siteimprove launched two new AI agents at Gartner Marketing Symposium.

The Content Writing & Optimization Agent helps teams create content that works for both readers and AI search engines. The PDF Remediation Agent automates accessibility fixes at scale.

Both run on the same core idea: accessible, well-structured content is exactly what AI answer engines reward.

Today, we are introducing new agents and capabilities inside Siteimprove.ai to tackle the work that slows teams down most: getting from brief to publish-ready content, and making PDFs accessible at scale.

These work inside the platform you already use, alongside the team you already have. On the back of our Advanced AEO Insights launch, these new agents will help your team devote time and effort to making sure that your digital experiences thrive.

Meeting the deadline was a real achievement, but it was really just the start of the work.

The teams that kept investing in accessibility after June 2025 are seeing a return their compliance-focused peers aren’t in stronger AI search visibility. The same structural quality that makes content accessible is what LLMs rely on to understand and cite pages. Accessibility initiatives built to scale are, accidentally, AI-visibility initiatives too.

On June 23, Siteimprove, Forrester Guest Speaker Gina Calcaterra Bhawalkar and Shell's Tomasz Abramowicz, are hosting a webinar to talk honestly about what a year of EAA enforcement has taught us. What worked, what didn't, and what organisations with real governance initiatives are doing differently.

It's free. Register here: https://event.on24.com/wcc/r/5365880/DFC5A47E52BC461DB7252DFEBDFF1EEF?partnerref=organicsocial

Had a great week at Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities CITM 2026 in New York City, hosted by Fordham University. The conference theme — "Anchored in What Matters: Emphasizing the Human in an Emerging AI World" — set the tone for 150 higher ed IT leaders and 20+ CIOs coming together to think seriously about what technology should actually do for people.

Jesuit universities have a concept at the core of their mission: Cura Personalis, care for the whole person. Accessibility and inclusion aren't add-ons for these institutions — they're foundational. It was a privilege to be in the room for those conversations.

Thanks to AJCU and Fordham for a thoughtful, energizing event.

One of our favorite parts of Gartner Marketing Symposium/Xpo™ this year is a session we're co-presenting with Ryder System, Inc., and it lands on June 9.

"Showing Up Isn't Winning: An AI Search Playbook with Ryder" — 2:45 PM MT in Adams Ballroom B.

Philip Kassof from Ryder and Jeff Coyle from Siteimprove will share how Ryder built governance at enterprise scale through a CMS transformation that became the catalyst for cross-functional digital quality across content, design, and engineering. And why that investment turned out to be exactly what AI readiness requires.

If you're in Denver, this one is worth your afternoon. Eight actionable workflows to take back to your team.
