What's that?

AI tools are becoming part of the everyday workplace — sometimes without the business even knowing they’re being used.

What is it?
Shadow AI is the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and other AI-powered apps for work without the knowledge, approval, or oversight of the company or IT team.
