EVT x ODH Collegiate Hunt Weekend! 🦊🦃

We are so excited to announce our partnership with olddominionhounds for a Collegiate Hunt Weekend!

Join us November 7th-8th for a weekend full of fun hunting activities, including a morning of hunting on Saturday and a hunter pace on Sunday! An additional 4th flight option is available for first-time foxhunters.

Don’t have a horse? No worries! Join us for tailgating and road whipping to experience the hunt on foot!

Click the link in our bio to sign up!

Attire: College polos for the hunter pace are welcome. Please wear a hunt or show coat for hunting, but you may wear a pin that represents your school.

❗️The school with the best representation (current students and alumni) will win a prize, so make sure to contact your school’s alum and get them to wear their gear too!

Questions? Contact Olivia Hatcher at [email protected] for details.

☀️ EVT SUMMER UPDATE! ☀️

Our hokies have had a summer to remember this year with lots of horsey fun! We are all so excited to be reunited in Blacksburg and continue our journeys together!

Bri, our President, spent her summer training with 5* rider Dana Cooke and worked multiple jobs related to marketing and property management! She also went hang gliding and traveled to 12 cities!

Olivia, our Social Chair, has enjoyed a summer of learning the ins and outs of veterinary medicine at Piedmont Equine Practice! She has also competed in several jumper shows with Albany, and they moved up to Novice!

Berkley, our Secretary, spent a lot of time doing dressage and jumper shows, and even earned her USDF Bronze! She also made sure to goof off with Stella and worked on groundwork!

Lilly, our Treasurer, has been working as a realtor and serving on the Middlebrook Horse Show Committee! She also spent lots of time in the saddle with Hero, holding down the fort in Blacksburg!

Lila and Bowie spent the summer in Aiken this year, and enjoyed trail riding and getting prepped for the upcoming season! They are so excited to return to VT!

Jillian had a wonderful visit to Germany on the VT Sport Horse trip, and had the opportunity to ride German school horses! She also spent lots of time trail riding with Cricket at home!

Kendall and Boogie spent their summer working on moving up to Beginner Novice, and put down many confident runs at local shows! They also spent a lot of time working on their dressage and riding outside of the ring, and they are both so excited to come back!

Madison spent the summer moving into her family’s new farm, and she has taken the opportunity to do lots of bonding and ba****ck exercises with Dakota! She also got a new saddle and went to a few shows!
