Communication of status can be such a pain. Especially if you are the person responsible for getting an urgent issue resolved. We built this app and website for a large manufacturer to allow their teams to quickly communicate that an issue has arisen and post periodic status updates.

This allowed their team to focus on getting issues resolved quickly. Which decreased or completely eliminated downtime.

Continuing on the theme for our first week on social media. We want to show you a few examples of the type of custom tools we build for our customers.

Bridging the gap between the office and field is a really difficult problem for a lot of companies. Especially in the service industry. Above you’ll see a system that allows service managers to see everything that is going on with his field team. If he needs to re-route or assign a new work order, it happens in the click of a mouse. No phone calls or texts needed, the technician gets the alert on his mobile device immediately.

It even notifies the service manager when the technician receives the newly assigned work order. Pretty cool right?

Tag someone below that you know that works for a company in the service industry. Maybe they service cranes, elevators, heavy equipment, conveyors or HVAC units. Or they have a team of electricians, plumbers, deliver drivers, or mechanics spread out around town.

We realize that most of you probably don’t know what we do at Beloved Robot. So we thought we would spend the next few days showing you examples of the type of tools we build for our clients.

A big focus for us is building really great apps for field workers.

Like the app above that allows team members to report a potential safety hazard they encounter on a job site. The app then notifies the team that there is a hazard that needs to be resolved so they can address it immediately.

Apps like this are so powerful because it allows for open communication between team members and management. It removes paperwork and the need to constant call/text/email back and forth to keep everyone safe.

We are really proud of the safety focused tools we’ve built for our clients. It’s great to know that the tools we build are helping keep their hard working team safe, each and every day.
