Continuing on the theme for our first week on social media. We want to show you a few examples of the type of custom tools we build for our customers.
Bridging the gap between the office and field is a really difficult problem for a lot of companies. Especially in the service industry. Above you’ll see a system that allows service managers to see everything that is going on with his field team. If he needs to re-route or assign a new work order, it happens in the click of a mouse. No phone calls or texts needed, the technician gets the alert on his mobile device immediately.
It even notifies the service manager when the technician receives the newly assigned work order. Pretty cool right?
Tag someone below that you know that works for a company in the service industry. Maybe they service cranes, elevators, heavy equipment, conveyors or HVAC units. Or they have a team of electricians, plumbers, deliver drivers, or mechanics spread out around town.
