Happy National Techies Day! 💻

Back in 1979, two brothers started writing software in a one-room office in Bird Island, Minnesota. They proved that a career in technology can start right in your own hometown, and we've been passing that message on ever since.

Our team loves getting out into the community to show students what a tech career can look like. From IGNITE at Ridgewater College to career days at BOLD Public Schools and sponsoring robotics teams, we've met so many curious, talented young people who are ready to build what comes next.

To every student thinking about tech: you don't have to move to a big city to do work that matters. Rural communities need techies too, and so does the fuel and propane industry.

Thank you to Ridgewater College, BOLD High School, and all the educators who make these opportunities happen!

Freddie and Jes just got back from the National Propane Gas Association Board of Directors meeting in Dallas, Texas! 🤠

It was a great few days of meetings, networking, good meals, and plenty of laughs with RCC customers and friends from across the industry. They even ran into "President Bush" (okay, a look-alike), with Eric Sears playing security detail. 😄

We also have some exciting news to share: Jes Balderston is officially the Treasurer for the Women in Propane Council and we couldn't be more proud of her. Congratulations, Jes! 🎉

Stay tuned. We'll be sharing more about Jes and her new role soon!

Bonus moment: when a storm delayed our flight home, David Long and David Lowe made the most of it by diving into all things AI together.
