Hi y’all, Sam here with another update. Nick (our technician), had dental surgery yesterday for an urgent infection. He’s doing well now, but is obviously still in pain while he recovers. Unfortunately this means he will likely not be back in the office until Monday.

Please reach out via Facebook messenger, send a text message to (406)209-8904, or leave a voicemail on our office phone # (406)256-2331, if you have any urgent inquiries. Please refrain from calling/texting Nick directly so he can recover without any disruptions.

I’m doing my absolute best to juggle nursing him back to health with keeping up with my schooling and, of course, the business operations that I am able to complete alone. I have worked to get all of our current repairs to a place where it does require Nick’s expertise in the hopes that this will help speed things up for when he gets back.

We truly apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays!

Quick Update -

As some of you may already know, our only technician, Nick, is currently out of the office due to a some medical issues, and as a result we are experiencing some unexpected delays.

While he focuses on feeling better, our office will be working by appointment only - we can’t accept walk-ins or any additional repair requests.

I would also encourage any customers to refrain from reaching out to Nick directly with any requests/inquiries until he returns.

Please give us a call at (406)256-2331 and leave a voicemail, or text (406)209-8904. I will be working to get back to you as soon as I can. Rest assured, he would much rather be in the office, and absolutely did not expect for his absence to be extended.
