COMPUTER REPAIR TECHNICIAN (Mobile & Remotely)
NETWORK SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We are a Los Angeles based networking and computer repair & support services company looking for a computer repair technicians and network support specialist to be a part of our growing team.
The right individual must possess reliability, honesty, have a professional attitude and is willing to learn.
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to the following:
Intelligently managing client networks, verify and monitoring of daily backups, ensuring system uptime, system updates, Server, workstation, NAS, firewall, router installs and configurations.
Major tasks include Break/fix of workstations, inventory of hardware and software.
You must have excellent customer follow-up skills.
You will be required to submit accurate time sheets on regular basis.
Qualifications/Skills required:
Support, setup and configuration of Windows based workstations 2007/22!
Hardware experience
Experience with Mac OS.
Experience with MS Office 2013 and 2022
Excellent knowledge of trouble shooting and virus removal
Setup and configuration of switches, printers, firewalls, routers
Complete knowledge of networks, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
Possess great customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, lots of energy, a great attitude and be a team player
Mid level knowledge and experience in the administration, trouble shooting and maintenance of Windows Server 2003/08 Servers is a plus
Additional Skills with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp would be exceptional
