You were taught that letting go means you’re slacking. It doesn’t. It means you’re leading.

If money stresses you out, this one’s for you.

There are three numbers you need to look at every single week, and it only takes five minutes.

Your cash on hand, what’s actually in the account today. Your receivables, who owes you, and how long it’s been sitting there. And your payables, who you owe, and when they're due.

That’s it. When you start looking, you catch things you were missing, like money that’s owed to you and totally collectible. And that low-grade panic around money starts to settle, because once you know the number, you can actually do something about it.

You’ve convinced yourself you’re just bad at numbers. I used to believe that too.

So you leave money to the accountant, or tell yourself that if you keep selling it, it’ll work itself out. It won’t. Money doesn’t respond to avoidance; it responds to attention.

The women I’ve watched build 7 and 8-figure businesses aren’t better at math than you.

They just look every single week, even when it scares them. The fix was never a better spreadsheet. It’s being willing to look.

The big things always take longer and cost more than you planned. You thought if you wanted it badly enough, it would just come together, but it doesn’t work that way. They ask more of you than you signed up for.

That’s not a sign you’re doing it wrong. That’s just the price of anything that actually matters. The easy, fast, cheap stuff stays small.

So if it’s taking longer and costing more than you expected, good. That usually means it’s one of the big ones.

When your business feels like chaos, the instinct is to hire someone to help you carry it.

But adding people to a mess just gives you more mess to manage. Structure comes first, then you hire into something that actually holds.

So look at your business and find the one spot where everything still runs through you. That’s not your problem; that’s a structural problem, and it's fixable.

Comment MILLIONS and I’ll send you the link to my class, where I break down the four structural gaps keeping six-figure businesses stuck, and the exact order to fix them.
