Recently, a customer came to us needing event booklets printed on a very short timeline. There was just one challenge: the booklet wasn't fully designed yet.
As more clients use Canva to create their marketing materials, we've found new ways to collaborate and keep projects moving. In this case, our client shared access to their Canva file, allowing Jessica from our design team to work alongside them in real time.
While the client finished the final pages, Jessica was able to review the document, identify potential print issues, and make adjustments on the fly. Working simultaneously in the same file saved valuable time, eliminated back-and-forth revisions, and helped get the project to press much sooner.
The result? A successful event booklet 𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒏 𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒆.
