Senior portraits!

This stunning blonde sweetheart, who was early-accepted to the University of Texas for swimming, absolutely graced my camera last night. 🤍

It was sunny ALL day... until, of course, it was time for our session. 😂 The sky turned soft and blue with the cloud cover, but honestly? It worked beautifully. That cooler, overcast sky contrasted perfectly with her white linen top, favorite pair of denim, and those beachy blonde locks.
And then, right at sunset, the light decided to show off. ✨

As we headed down to the waves for our final round of photos, the sun peeked through and gave us the most gorgeous burst of golden light—and it was everything.
One of my favorite things about photographing seniors in Bethany Beach is finding all of the little hidden nooks and textures tucked around downtown. Random pretty flowers, winding paths, greenery, weathered textures, forgotten dune grass... sometimes the simplest little spots make the prettiest backdrops.

Senior portraits are truly one of my passions, and I love creating galleries that feel like YOU—your style, your personality, and this once-in-a-lifetime season before everything changes. 🤍

There’s something extra special about getting the WHOLE family together!

Another beautiful Bethany Beach sunrise with a big, multi-generational crew — grandparents, grown kids, grandkids, cousins, siblings… all together in one place, at one time. And somehow, we got everyone up, dressed, coordinated AND smiling before most people had their first cup of coffee. 😂☕️

These are always some of my favorite sessions because we capture so much more than one big family portrait. Grandparents with their grandchildren. Each individual family. Cousins together. Siblings who are all grown up now. Couples. Kids being kids. And all of those little in-between moments that end up meaning even more as the years go by.
Sunrise gave us the quiet beach, soft morning light and plenty of room for this big crew to just have fun together. ☀️
Getting a large family together isn’t always easy, but having the photos that prove you actually did it? Completely worth the early alarm. 🤍

ONE whole year of sweetness! 🎂🌊💕
This little birthday girl celebrated turning ONE with her favorite people by her side: her two big sisters, ages 4 and 8, Mom, Dad, and Grandma!

We met at the beach for a super easy sunrise session, and it was the sweetest way to document this season of their family. Bare feet, sleepy morning smiles, sister snuggles, ocean air, and one very special milestone. ☀️🌊

First birthdays deserve to be remembered, but so do the people who helped make that first year so full of love. 💗

There’s something extra magical about meeting a family at the beach while the rest of the world is still waking up.

Mom + Dad. Two teenage sons. And one very loved 4-year-old little sister bringing a little extra sparkle (and energy!) to the morning. ✨

Sunrise sessions have my heart because the beach feels completely different at this hour. It’s quieter. Softer. The sky changes by the minute, the light is beautiful, and for just a little while…it feels like we have the entire ocean to ourselves.

And with kids at such different stages, these photos become even more important.

Two teenage boys who are growing up way too quickly. One little girl still small enough to hold Mom and Dad’s hands, snuggle into her big brothers and leave tiny footprints behind her in the sand. 🥹

We captured the whole family, siblings, each child individually, Mom + Dad, and all those little in-between moments that can never really be recreated.

Because this exact version of your family only exists right now.
And yes, waking up before the sun might sound a little crazy…
But then the sky starts glowing, the sun peeks over the ocean, and THIS is the backdrop for your family photographs. 🌅

Two girls. Two boys. One beautiful family—and one summer night at the beach worth remembering forever. ✨

These are the sessions I love because family photos don't have to be perfectly posed to be perfect. We get the everyone-looking-at-the-camera photos, of course…but then we let the kids be kids.

Bare feet in the sand.
Running toward the water.
Sibling laughs (and probably a little sibling chaos 😂).
Mom with her girls. Dad with his boys.
The girls together. The boys together.
Each kiddo getting their own moment to shine.
And most importantly—Mom + Dad together, too. 🤍

Because somewhere between raising four kids, busy schedules, school years and summers that seem to fly by, these six are creating a story they'll want to remember.

One day, those four little people won't be so little.
So take the photos. Get in the frame. Embrace the windblown hair and sandy feet. Let them laugh a little too loudly and run a little too far into the water.

This is your family, right now. And right now deserves to be remembered. ✨

When I say bring the whole family, I mean it.

The grandparents. The grown kids. Their spouses. The grandkids. The cousins. And YES—the four-legged family members absolutely count, too. 🐶

Large family beach sessions are some of my favorites because there is so much more to capture than one big group photo. We make time for the entire family together, grandparents with their grandchildren, individual families, siblings, cousins, couples, the kids on their own and all those little combinations that become more important as the years go by.

And somewhere between all of that posing? We let everyone breathe.

We laugh. We walk along the water. The kids play. The dog inevitably steals a little attention. 😂 We capture the windblown hair, sandy feet, real smiles and those perfectly imperfect moments that actually feel like your family.

Because getting everyone together isn't always easy.
But when you do? Document it. 🤍
One beach. One beautiful evening. One BIG family—and a whole lot of memories preserved forever.
