Stop hunting for CEUs. Start closing the gap.

You know how this goes. The cycle winds down, you count what you have, and you spend a frantic couple of weeks chasing whatever you are short on. It is usually ethics. It is always at the worst possible time.

NEW in OneTerp: Find CEUs.

First you tell OneTerp who certifies you. RID, BEI, or your own numbers if your state board does it differently. The tracker stops measuring you against some generic default and starts measuring YOUR cycle... your window, your total, your minimums. RID folks, your third category is now labeled PPO and it counts inside Professional Studies, because that is how RID counts it.

Then open the Find CEUs tab. Workshops, webinars, and self paced courses, ranked against what you actually still need. Not a directory. Not a firehose. Every card tells you why it is there: "You still need 1.0 PPO. This is worth 0.6 PPO. It is 12 days away."

Filter to free, to self paced, or to just the category you are short on. Log one and it drops into your tracker as planned. Hide one and it is gone for good. And when you finish it, you mark it complete. We will never mark it for you. Your transcript is YOURS.

We do not grant or approve CEUs, so always confirm with the provider and your certifying body before you register.

Freelance interpreters, here is a question worth sitting with.

If every agency you work for vanished tomorrow, what would you still have?

Not the jobs. Those belong to the agencies. Not their customers. Those belong to the agencies too. We are talking about YOU. Your certification. Your years. Your reputation. The record of every room you have ever interpreted in.

That is your career. And for most interpreters, almost none of it lives anywhere they actually control.

Your schedule sits in an agency's portal. Your certs sit in an agency's portal. Your history sits in an agency's portal. Then the next agency has its own, and you upload it all over again.
