Job Title: Ground Hand
-Role:
Aid the fiber optics team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations and project completion.
-Responsibilities:
Support fiber optics technicians with the installation and repair of fiber optics.
Aid in the setup and breakdown of job sites.
Handle tools and materials needed for fiber optics installation.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform basic manual labor tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Adhere to safety standards and protocols.
Aid in the documentation of daily work activities.
-Qualifications:
No formal education needed.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic understanding of tools and manual labor.
Physically able to handle demanding tasks and work in various environments.
Training and Certifications:
On-the-job training will be provided.
-Suggested Pay Rate:
Hourly Wage: $15.00-$20.00 (based on experience and location)
Working Conditions:
Work may be conducted outdoors in various weather.
Requires physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
