Some great news for South Carolina residents. No fees anymore either!

H3094, the Open Carry with Training Act (i.e. with the CWP you have now), is headed to Governor McMaster's desk for signature. It will go into effect 90 days after he signs it. We will update with a more detailed blog post later. It will be mid-August at the earliest before you can open carry.

DEMAND STATE LEGISLATORS PASS CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY: Text the word CARRY to the number 52886 on your cell phone to demand state legislators pass H.3456 (the strongest Constitutional Carry bill).

Remember, if passed, H.3456 would:

* Make Concealed Weapons Permit optional
* Legalize Open Carry
* Recognize CWP holders from all other states
