‼️ Parents, do not give into your dependent child’s persuasion to buy them the new foldable iPhone unless you get AppleCare or have an impressive amount of disposable income to use for repairs.

‼️If they are anything like the foldable Android phones, I will not offer service on them and you wouldn’t want to pay what it would cost if I did.

Gave a regular customer free advice over the phone yesterday that solved her problem. She took it upon herself to come in later that day to give me a tip.

I love my customers.

Today's office experience features the smell of chicken soup and the sounds of Michael Jackson.

The chicken which provides meat for the soup and substance for the broth was acquired from Open Field Farm in Brooks. Check them out for orders on meat that's raised thoughtfully.

I was 10-years-old when Michael Jackson took the world by storm with the Thriller album. I had a white glove with glued-on sequence.

Today on my tech TV spot, I talked about the five passwords or logins you really do not want to lose:

1. Email
2. Apple ID or Google account
3. Phone or computer passcode
4. Facebook or other social media
5. Banking, Amazon, PayPal, or other financial/shopping accounts

The worst time to figure these out is after your phone breaks, your computer dies, or an account gets locked.

A little preparation now can save a lot of stress later.
