UPDATE: The storm again brought heavy wind and rain, but we're good and our amazing team is here working hard! Upward and onward! 💪❤️

Hi, friends! Welcome to the Wednesday edition of Midwest weather and preparedness. 🙄 While we've been operational since 1:30 yesterday, much of our surrounding area suffered catastrophic damage. In fact, the county east of us, where many of our employees reside, suffered record damage and outages. 95% of the county is without power.

While everyone is trying to manage as best as we can, the hits keep coming. We're expecting another round of storms today. As always, we'll do our best to keep you updated here. Stay safe. 🙏

UPDATE: Our generator is up and running, which means we soon will be also! Again, we appreciate your patience as we still anticipate some delays.

Hi, friends! Mother Nature is at it again... and she is angry! Another damaging storm just swept through our area causing numerous power outages. We are patiently waiting for power to be restored and will update you accordingly. We appreciate your patience as this interruption will likely cause delays.

UPDATE: Our generator is now in service, so we're working diligently to catch up. Again, we appreciate your patience!

Due to a terrible storm that just hit our area, we are without power. While there seems to be a significant amount of damage in our area, road closures, etc., we are safe, but sadly unable to provide the service our typical Monday brings. We will be back in operation as soon as we possibly can and will update accordingly. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
