1️⃣ Does every work account have a different password?
2️⃣ Does your email ask for a code, not just a password?
3️⃣ Does your team call to confirm a vendor's new bank details?
4️⃣ Are logins shut off the day someone leaves?
5️⃣ Are your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace emails and files backed up? (Good to double-check! Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace keep your files online, but they aren't a full backup on their own.)
