We've emailed California Senators about AB2047 - have you?

AB2047 - the "3D Printed Fi****ms" bill needs work. The bill severely impacts customers and retailers who engage in unquestionably lawful use and the Open Source community most of our printers are built off of.

Retailers like us may be put in a very precarious position should this bill pass, fighting litigation when selling completely benign products.

To be clear, there are major technological limitations, constitutional / legal challenges and more. They've at times ignored many of these arguments and some appear to be trying to steamrolling this through. We as a retailer of components and kits have a unique perspective. If you as a consumer also have a different take we especially urge you to share so these lawmakers know what is truly at stake!
