My name is Kelly Menefee, I am the Founder and Owner of Secretarial LLC.

My mama, Cynthia Lee Jamerson was a ingenuous individual, with an entrepreneurial spirit, a book-keeper and secretary by profession. My mother worked from home, and being disabled and a single mother this opportunity and ability to work remotely from home was the lifeline that kept our family afloat until close to her passing in December of 2000. I often worked closely with my mom,she taught me much as a child the rules of filing, invoicing and operating a company altogether.

I can remember the first time I saw and used a computer for data entry was sometime in the early 90’s and from that very moments and many there after, my connection with technology was an unbreakable one.

In 2004, when I graduated from the Texas School of Business with a diploma in Computer Science and Information Technology the virtual world was a much different place. While it was becoming increasingly popular, it wasn’t for the everyday individual. Most people didn’t own mobile devices and internet access was still limited to dial up and DSL if you were fancy. After career trotting for awhile I found my way back to my first love (oh, motherboard!), technology.
