GlobalMac iT

GlobalMac iT Your Mac-Exclusive Tech Partner. We are a one of the very few and oldest macOS-only service providers serving small to mid-sized business in the US & Canada.

GlobalMac IT supports Mac-based law firms with 10-75 users nationwide. With over 20 years of combined experience using Macs and an extensive background in business, we are able to provide much more than just the nuts & bolts of computer setup. The primary core of our business is Managed Services, where law firms fully outsource their IT needs to us, so that they can focus on what they do best. Ove

r the years we have found the primary method of IT delivery to be greatly flawed as it is purely reactive. It is the same equivalent of driving your car until it breaks down, then taking it in to the shop to get fixed. With our proactive service, once our clients are up and running, we monitor their entire network 24/7/365, take care of Apple and 3rd party updates and security patches, and provide a help desk for prompt support and resolutions when issues do arise. Most importantly, we work as a trusted advisor, side by side with our clients in proactive ways, to help them navigate the ever changing needs of IT. We have focused on working with law firms for many years and currently have clients in over 20 states. We are active in the MILO community (Macs In Law Office) and sponsor the MILOfest conferences. All our technicians are Apple Certified, including Client, Server and the latest Apple Mobility Competency.

In private conversations, MSPs are usually very honest about Mac support.

They’ll say it’s frustrating. That it never quite fits their tools or processes. That a relatively small number of devices create a disproportionate amount of stress. And that saying no isn’t always an option when the rest of the account matters.

Those conversations rarely happen in front of clients, but they influence how MSPs feel about certain accounts and environments.
Parallel Management from GlobalMac iT, delivered through the MSParallel Partner Program, gives MSPs a way to stop forcing Mac support to fit systems they never wanted it in. We handle the Apple side so frustration doesn’t leak into client relationships, trusted-advisor status stays intact, and Apple environments support retention instead of undermining it.

It’s not about pretending Macs aren’t different. It’s about making sure that difference doesn’t hurt your business.

If that private conversation sounds familiar, send us a message. You’re not the only one dealing with it.

You want to take off the IT hat. That phrase comes up in almost every conversation I have with a business owner who is finally ready to address the IT situation.

What I notice is the casualness of it. Said like a reasonable goal. Like carrying the IT load is just part of the job description.

But when the owner is the default escalation point for every IT problem, the business does not have an IT function. It has an owner doing a second, third, fourth or fifth job.

Every team member is one problem away from landing on your calendar. Every context switch pulls you out of the work that actually drives revenue.

You did not build a company to troubleshoot connection issues at off hours, in-between meetings or after hours.

If IT still comes back to you, that is a gap in the organizational chart where a system/partner should be.

Doing nothing about Mac support often feels like the least risky choice. In reality, it’s usually the most expensive one.

When Mac issues persist, clients don’t see an operating system problem. They see inconsistency. They see hesitation. They see an area where things never quite improve, no matter how many times it’s explained.

Over time, that doubt shows up in subtle ways. Renewal conversations feel less secure. Expansion opportunities stall. Referrals slow down. Not because the MSP failed outright, but because a known issue was never fully resolved.

Parallel Management from GlobalMac iT, delivered through the MSParallel Partner Program, exists so doing nothing isn’t the most expensive decision an MSP makes. We handle the Apple side of the environment so unresolved Mac issues stop creating doubt, accounts stop drifting, and Apple support becomes a revenue-producing service instead of a slow bleed on retention.

MSPs don’t lose control. They gain stability, retention, and a cleaner story for clients.

Most MSPs know when Mac support isn’t working well. The issue usually isn’t awareness. It’s delay.

Macs often make up 10–20% of an environment, which makes them easy to deprioritize. You tell yourself it’s manageable, that the complaints aren’t constant, and that you’ll deal with it later. Meanwhile, the client keeps noticing the same problems and hearing the same explanations.

Waiting feels harmless, but it isn’t neutral. While you wait, frustration builds and confidence erodes, even if everything else is working fine.

Parallel Management from GlobalMac iT, delivered through the MSParallel Partner Program, gives MSPs a way to stop forcing Mac support to fit their existing model without rebuilding their business. We run the Apple side of the environment so Mac issues stop lingering, client frustration doesn’t compound, renewals stay protected, and Apple support becomes a controlled, revenue-generating service instead of a persistent risk your team keeps absorbing.

If Mac support has been sitting on your “we’ll fix it eventually” list, message us and start a conversation before the client decides for you.

You take the Macs on because you want to keep the business. Maybe it’s a mixed environment. Maybe the client is mostly Windows. You tell yourself you’ll make it work. Meanwhile, you’re spending disproportionate time on a small slice of the environment and still risking a poor experience if things aren’t set up the way they should be.

This is exactly why Parallel Management from GlobalMac iT exists.
Through the MSParallel Partner Program, we run the Apple side of your clients’ environments in parallel with your MSP. You keep the client relationship and remain the primary provider, while we handle the Apple management and support properly so your team isn’t forced to spend hours learning tools and workflows they never wanted to own.

For many MSPs, Parallel does two things at once. It protects existing revenue by fixing the Mac experience, and it becomes a billable service that lets you confidently support mixed environments without losing focus on your core business.

If this story feels familiar, send us a message and start a conversation. We’re happy to talk through whether Parallel makes sense for the environments you’re managing.

Every quarter our team nominates the teammates who best lived our four core values: Grow, Be the Hero, Work Smart, and Embrace Change.

Embrace Change — Michael Fierros

Michael Fierros has been pushing our security work forward this quarter. He took the lead on a deeper cloud security audit for clients, layered in additional compliance benchmarks, and built out the framework the rest of the team can use as we extend that work to more clients.

Michael, you took on something new and made it work for the rest of us. Congratulations on the Q1 Embrace Change award.

Work Smart — Brad Wolfe

Brad has spent this quarter building the foundation that lets the rest of the team work with AI in a real way. He got us onto Claude, set up the MCP connections to Autotask and IT Glue, and put in the time to do it at scale so we would not have to rebuild it later. The thoughtfulness in how he set it all up is what makes it actually useful.

Brad, congratulations on the Q1 Work Smart award. Thank you for building things the rest of us get to run on top of.

Be the Hero — Ben Trevino

Ben Trevino has been the steady hand on the team this quarter. He keeps everyone moving in the same direction, holds the bar high on what we deliver, and brings a level head to whatever the day brings. The people around him do better work because he is in the room.
Ben, congratulations on the Q1 Be the Hero award. Thank you for being the kind of teammate who makes the rest of us better.

Your Macs are not a special case. They are your entire environment.

When your IT provider's stack was built for Windows, Mac issues take longer to resolve, get patched with workarounds, and come back again. You are paying for support that was not designed for the way your business actually runs.

The IT Reality Check shows whether your current setup is built for an Apple-based business. It is complimentary, takes less than 3 minutes, and gives you three things: what IT friction is costing you in real dollars, how many hours your team is losing to it, and the top 3 fixes ranked by impact.

Every quarter our team nominates the teammates who best lived our four core values: Grow, Be the Hero, Work Smart, and Embrace Change. Here are our Q1 2026 winners.

Grow — Christian Jaquez

Christian Jaquez has been on the team for one quarter and is already someone we count on at the Help Desk. He picks up new tools and processes quickly, asks the right questions, and makes sure clients get the acknowledgment they need when they reach out. The team has felt the lift since he joined. We are grateful to have him on the team!

Christian, you came in ready to work and you have lived up to it every day. Congratulations on the Q1 Grow award!
