As an employee on our team, you will utilize your skills to drive wireless, prepaid sales and provide excellent customer service in our retail or outdoor event locations. If you are a results-driven sales professional who remains poised in a fast paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Wireless retail and sales, directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers. Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers. Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment. Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations. Arrange and display merchandise to promote sales. Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns. Participate in community outreach through outdoor events and calls.
