Kelsy finally back again with another GAME REVIEW!!!!!!

Today we’re talking about Thrillville on the ps2.

For anyone who never played it, Thrillville is a theme park management game where you build and customize your own amusement park while also getting to walk around and experience it as a guest. Instead of just placing rides from a menu, you’re actually part of the park, talking to visitors, playing games, and making sure everyone is having a good time.

This game was honestly such a fun surprise. One of my favorite things was the mild character customization. It wasn’t anything super in-depth, but it was enough to make your character feel like your own. I also loved being able to build custom roller coasters and then actually ride them afterward.

What really made the game stand out to me, though, was how interactive everything felt. You could walk around the park, talk to guests, make friends, and even romance some of the other characters. It added a lot more personality than I expected from a theme park game.

The mini-games were another huge highlight. There are a ton of them, and they give you a reason to keep exploring the park. My personal favorite was the cheerleading mini-game, which was way more fun than it had any right to be.

I also really enjoyed unlocking new sections of the park over time. It made progression feel rewarding and always gave me something new to look forward to.

Overall, Thrillville is a charming mix of theme park management, social simulation, and mini-game collection that still holds up surprisingly well. If you grew up with a PS2 and missed this one, it’s definitely worth checking out.
