Happy National Farmers Day! Today we're honoring the men and women who wake up before dawn to plant, tend, and harvest the food that feeds this country. We are aware that many of our customers are currently experiencing slower than normal internet speeds. We want you to know that our crews are actively working to identify and resolve the issue.

With fiber-related issues, the problem isn’t always easy to locate. Unlike a visible outage where a damaged line may be obvious, fiber problems can sometimes require our crews to patrol the lines, run diagnostic tests, and troubleshoot different sections of the network before they can determine exactly where the problem is occurring.

Once the issue is located, the repair itself can vary. Some problems may be resolved relatively quickly, while others can take significantly longer depending on the location and type of damage or equipment involved.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while our crews work through this. We know your internet service is important, and we are working to get speeds back to normal as quickly and safely as possible.

This week is Fire Prevention Week, a good time to check your home's smoke detectors and think about how connected devices can add an extra layer of safety.

We are grateful for the men and women in law enforcement who serve and protect our communities, and we also want to extend our sincere gratitude to all of the men and women of our military, past and present, for their service and sacrifice to our country. 🇺🇸

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jackson County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Dakota Smith for taking the time to properly fold and care for our American flag after the rope on our flagpole broke after hours.
