The eye grills were tough, the design could have been better.
Designers outline your grills. There is no reason for the pattern to go all the way to the end.
In this design the grills are covered when in place.
Make a ring around it would drastically improve printability. No wonder there was 0 makes on it. That should have been the clue.
But managed to print it by switching to smaller nozzle, reducing layer height and speed.
Ripped part of the first one in support removal on the edge. The second one I took my sweet time.
But still a small solid edge should be standard.
