Part 2… from Rozzy’s point of view. 🎥

My brother from another mother, the man behind the camera and the guy responsible for making all of our crazy ideas come to life.

As you can clearly see, we’re a lot alike. Same energy, same sense of humor, and probably the same level of stubbornness.

What started as a business relationship turned into a true friendship and brotherhood. The camera may be in his hands, but he’s just as much a part of the story as anyone standing in front of it.

Have a drive that outworks everyone.

When the crew is tired, you’re focused.

When others are making excuses, you’re making decisions.

Your team will never consistently work harder than the example you set. They watch how you handle pressure, setbacks, customers, deadlines, and adversity.

Leadership isn’t a title. It’s a standard.

Bring energy when you’re exhausted.
Bring solutions when others bring complaints.
Bring accountability when mistakes are made.

The owner’s job is to carry the vision and set the pace.

Outwork the competition. Outserve the customer. Outlead the challenges.

Because in business, nobody is coming to save you.

The standard is the standard.

Set it. Live it. Demand it. Every single day.

A lot of people look at fleet management as an expense. We look at it as an investment.

Before this splice trailer ever hits the road with a new splicer, our Fleet Manager, Josh Anderson, goes through every detail to make sure it’s safe, organized, and ready to perform.

Downtime costs money. Equipment failures cost money. Safety incidents cost even more.

Having someone dedicated to keeping our trucks, trailers, and equipment road-ready isn’t an expense, it’s one of the reasons our crews can show up every day and get the job done safely and efficiently.

A day in the field with Bronson Germano on a road relocate project.
The drill crews already came through and relocated the conduit, now it's time to pull in the new fiber cable and keep the project moving forward. Once the cable is installed, the next step is turning it over to our splice crews to complete the cutover and bring the network back online.
This is what turnkey utility construction looks like — from underground construction and cable placement to final splicing and activation, our team handles every step of the process.

Not long ago, Miguel came to Precision Fiber Solutions for senior ditch day just looking to learn and job shadow our fiber splicing team. Today, after recently graduating, he officially started full-time as a Fiber Splicer with the team.
This is exactly what it’s all about — giving the next generation an opportunity to see the industry firsthand, work hard, learn the trade, and build a career.

Josh oversees all trucks, trailers, drills, equipment, and fleet operations across both companies. His responsibility is simple in theory but critical in reality: keep the equipment safe, reliable, and on the road. Because in this industry, downtime kills production.
