We can't stress enough the impotence of taking, at the least, pictures( we do video) of all the walls in new construction or major remodel. Even if its not your scope of work. This is a project we were originally contracted to handle the house automation, A/V, network, etc. But due to a series of events we have been asked to take over and complete the electrical as well. The video we have of the entire house has rescued us from 5 (so far) covered switch boxes, can lights and speakers. The video has prevented us to have tear out large peices of Level 5 finished drywall. (There may be some small holes that are easy to patch) BTW this house is 18k sq ft (conditioned) so there is a Lot of video. #

So yea, we can do this, too. Have a modest project we're working on. Electrical, Automation, and AV. To give you an idea, this switch gear we just set is 600A single phase. While we don't pursue much electrical installation. For new construction and remodels, we can offer some great lighting packages. For this house, a clue ... DMX. (BTW the lighting did not dictate such a large service, other items did)

Just finished phase 1 of a large project. All of which 7 buildings are getting new network Plenum Cat6 and a 6 Strand Single Mode fiber run from the facility network closet. All terminated and Qualified tested. Great Job and !!

Before: Had a longtime client with an older HC1000 Control4 JustAddPower setup. The old setup actually spilled over to the cabinet next to it.
After: Upgraded to a new EA setup and new amplifiers and a Binary MoIP system. Was able get all of the DirecTV out of the cabinet. Much more easier to control and defiantly faster. And their system can now distribute 4K through out the home. Even if not all the TVs are 4K the MOIP will down res the signal so the 4K TV's in the system can receive the 4K signal and the non-4k displays will show the down res image.
