Speed dating. But for healthcare.

Last week in Louisville, we attended the HCP Spring 2026 Radiology and Imaging Reverse Expo for the first time as a supplier. Providers pre-selected the suppliers they wanted to meet with. Each conversation happened standing face to face at a high-top table with a leader who had already chosen to be there. A mutual exchange. They shared what was happening inside their health systems. We listened and shared how we could help.

The conversations reinforced what we hear across outpatient radiology every day: teams are under pressure to move faster, manage growing imaging volumes, and reduce the manual work slowing operations down.

Competitors in the market. Collaborators at the table.

That’s something we keep seeing at CareFlow Club dinners.

We asked members what made the evening worth taking time out of their schedules, and the answers were pretty consistent: it was the chance to connect with people who are dealing with the same operational challenges every day.

From AI and workflow automation to staffing pressures and patient engagement, the conversations were real, practical, and incredibly valuable. The kind of discussions that give leaders new ideas, fresh perspectives, and strategies they can actually bring back to their teams.

One member said something that stuck with us:
“Be part of the change that’s coming.”

And honestly, that’s exactly what these evenings feel like.

There’s something valuable about stepping away from the day-to-day to spend time together, catch up with familiar faces, hear what people are experiencing, and learn from one another.

CareFlow Club started from a pretty simple hunch: imaging leaders have a lot they could learn from each other, and the right setting to actually share it openly is hard to find. So we built one.

Reimbursements keep tightening. Staffing keeps stretching thinner. And imaging leaders are mostly solving the same problems alone, in parallel, behind closed doors.

The format was straightforward: bring a small group of imaging leaders together, make the room feel safe, and get out of the way.

No pitch. No agenda. No homework.

What we didn't expect was how generously everyone shared. In Miami, Orlando, and Houston, leaders from competing organizations swapped ideas openly.

Members left with peer contacts they still call today. Workflow questions that had been weighing on leaders for months got fresh input from peers who'd already been through it.

Three cities. Dozens of imaging leaders. And a pattern that repeats every single time: walk in with questions, walk out with a real network.

Turns out even competitors can lighten each other's load.
