Description: Manufactured Homes exist in both rural and urban settings and all attorneys and paralegals as well as title professionals involved in real estate should have a basic understanding of the principals required to effectively transfer title, encumber with a lien, and insure a manufactured home under a title policy. Paralegals and attorneys can learn how to understand and create Applications for Statement of Ownership, Releases of Lien, Affidavits of Fact, Tax Collector and Inheritance, as well as cure defects in ownership, unreleased liens and undisclosed changes in location.
